There was and still is constant communication and we are always up to date with what is happening at our rental. Once we completed our renovations Nicole was very thorough in her application process to make sure we found the best fit for all parties. Nicole also addresses any issues (both past and present - if any) with both tenants and Body Corporate efficiently, professionally and will always seek instructions before taking action.
