From the first inspection of the property , through the application process to our move in day, MPM were fantastic. Great communication and helpful genuine agents and staff ensured everything was dealt with promptly and smoothly. We have had a couple of issues since moving into our property but MPM have been so helpful in getting them rectified quickly. Really impressed with a real estate that seems to actually care not just about their property owners but their tenants to.

The team have been helpful responsive and efficient with looking after our initial rental queries and then helping to resolve a few minor property repairs after moving in. All in all a great experience.

Danielle Finlay from MPM Property has been fantastic at managing my investment property. She’s professional, reliable, proactive, and always keeps things running smoothly. Communication is great, and I always feel confident knowing my investment is in good hands. Danielle is also incredibly patient, especially considering my replies sometimes take so long that she probably wonders if I’ve disappeared off the face of the earth! 😂 Thankfully, she’s much more organised than I am and keeps everything on track regardless. I really appreciate her dedication, approachable nature, and the peace of mind she provides as a property investor. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Danielle at MPM Property to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, trustworthy, and genuinely great managing agent — even if you’re a client who takes forever to reply to emails!

I was kept updated each step of the way and the team was always available for my queries. Katrina was so lovely and helpful. My whole experience was a breeze. The house i moved into was spotless and i could tell they took time to clean it and make it ready. Truly a top notch team.
