First impressions are important, I believe, and Andy presented as a polite, respectful and knowledgeable person - as did Millie Qi who accompanied him. From having had him working through open days, negotiations and the sale, I came to know Andy as professional and personable, and extremely patient. He was generous with his time, never ignoring my phone and/or text messages, and one time he came to my home late at night to attend to a difficulty. As a result of his work I received a most pleasing 'barrowful of one dollar coins' . I would be most happy to work with him again, and I have no hesitation in recommending him .
