A successful House Sale achieved by working with Arna Leigh

Arna leigh & Mr Real Estate achieved a very good result for us, in selling our Investment property at 22 Amy Street Gracemere. Following on a few years of property value decline in Gracemere, the market slowly started to pick up in the last 2 years, and I had to wait for the prices to reach a decent level, as I had this property for about 12 years and wanted to make reasonable profit. Arna Leigh approached me with a Customer she had in hand and offering to buy at the price I was waiting to sell. This meant that there were no costs in Advertising to be incurred. After overcoming a few setbacks, Arna persisted and executed the Sale and despite other Agents chasing me to find a Buyer, I had a feeling that Arna was genuine in being able to finalise this Sale and resisted the push by other Agents.
