Brandon had poor communication (we had to initiate every time) and didn’t really seem interested in working with us unless we asked. We had to call him after our two open homes and then he didn’t get back to us until 2 days later. Some communication he didn’t even respond to which was very unprofessional. Very disappointing and didn’t really inspire trust with us. Not really sure what his market knowledge was like.

Excellent, down to earth service! I am very new to the Australian housing market, and nervous because my first taste was going to be an auction. Dan helped me through the process, was very professional in care of his client, the vendor, but equally sure that I knew the pitfalls and dos and don’ts of the process; providing me with paperwork covering every angle of the auction and bidding procedure. If it comes to selling the property I won at auction, I would have no hesitation in asking Dan to represent me.
