Horrible experience.

The worst agent we have had dealings with in 30 years of buying/selling, and the most unprofessional I have seen working 15 years in the industry He was inebriated 80% of contact calls. He had no recall or memory of conversations and contract discussions. And was aggressive and pushy during many of these conversations. Caused so many issues between all parties at crucial points of contract and settlement. In short, creating a huge amount of stress for us all.
