His customer service is second to none. For last 1+ years I had the pleasure of working with Saroj to build a dream home first time in my life. From start to finish, it was an absolute pleasure! From our initial conversations and throughout the whole process, Saroj was professional, he made me feel like all I had do was read and sign the documents which he already explained. I have some friends who call me and asks things that their agent didn't explain but I was on clear what was happening as he explained every steps that's happened and going to happen. He is highly knowledgeable about the local market and made sure I always felt like a priority. At each step in the whole process, Saroj came through with his commitment to excellence. His negotiation skills were first rate he consistently found ways to get us the best deal possible.He was with me from colour selection, tile selection, electric meeting along with every meeting with the builder and updating me by visiting the site every week at the site even before the builders update. He also went out of his way to ensure every detail was taken care of from arranging inspections to researching potential issues with a property. Throughout our journey, Saroj demonstrated immense patience and understanding of my situation.
