I has a reasonably large house and land holding in Cardup that is due to be rezoned to 1 hectare lots but still hasn't received Council approvals. Kevin approached land developers and after a lengthy appraisal period Kevin secured an experienced developer to make an offer which was slightly under our preferred valuation but close enough that I eventually accepted. The sale has now settled to every ones satisfaction. I highly recommend Kevin for his local property knowledge and his friendly and trustworthy character and demeanor.
