He helped me to find the tradies in the last minutes with good price and watch them to make sure they did a good job. He spent his after working hour time to come to help with the house. He works into details and make sure everything is perfect. He explained market condition to me and gives professional advice. He helped me communicate with the tenant, photographer, trades. He use mutiple media to advertise the house including the new media 'little red book', which attracted many guests to inspect the house. It is a great experience to work with him.
