He gave some great and professional suggestions for the improvement and even introduced the best tradesmen, which really made me save my time, money and energy. Jack Bi also had great passions to make a job done properly by bring his chainsaw to cut some branches of tree for better photos of house in a brochure. He provided good and timely feedbacks always and also showed his confidence and encouraged us even though the auction was not successful. Jack Bi is extremely helpful, open, transparent and reliable throughout the whole process. He made buying the house such a smooth and pleasant experience. He cared about us and understood our needs from the first open house. He was always reachable, even during holiday period.
