In the current climate of economic downturn an rising interest rates Jack Ho did he utmost to try and negotiate the sale of my property. Success came after no little effort as buyers were hesitant because of the above and the falling prices in the housing market therefore waiting for a better deal. I was sent an email each week with the comments from those inspecting the property and I found this very helpful along with weekly phone calls and updates. Jack was also very encouraging and kept positive during the process when I was perhaps getting a little discouraged at lack of genuine interest. "We only need one buyer" he would say - and that's what we got!! Ryan Bolgoff was also very helpful with answers to my questions re administrative matters and other needs and was always more than happy to help. I appreciated his helpful attitude. And as I said in the end we only 'needed one buyer'!
