Excellent Agent, commited and professional

This is the second time that I have worked with James and based on his efforts in the first sale, there was really no need to seek proposals from any other Agencies. One of James' strengths is that he takes time to communicate the progress of each component of the sale process and has the knack of quickly developing a rapport with purhaser's, which assists greatly during the negotiation phase. James is very professional, has a good knowledge of the Hills District residential market and was able to provide sound advice on cost effective marketing options that were available. The property was sold within a few weeks of its first opening and, despite a softening unit market, James was able to achieve a speedy and very good price.
