Property sold at best possible price under adverse market conditions

We are very happy with the professional service of Jack Ho in selling our property by auction. Soon after we put our property on the market, the Middle East war began, oil price jumped high, loan interest rates increased a few times. We observed the property value estimates (eg on Domain website) reduced a few times. The auction clearing rate was historically low leading us to worry if we can get our property sold smoothly. With the professional service of Jack and his team, as well as the auctioneer, our property was sold at a price not too far from our expectations. Well done Jack and the team!

Great price, quick sale

We had excellent experience dealing with Jack and his team. He understood the market and what we were after, and less than a day after listing the property he had someone through the property prior to the open house, and that was eventual buyer with property only on the market for 5 days at the price we were after. Could not of asked for anything more. Thanks
