Reza is a credible and honourable person who worked with us and kept us up to date at all stages of the sales cycle. He followed up all prospects and kept us informed as to whom he thought may be genuinely interested as opposed to just "tyre kickers'. I also believe that Reza has a good manner with prospective purchasers and makes them feel special and points out all the benefits of the property they are considering. Prior to appointing Reza and Murdoch Lee as our agents we had met with another agent who was more interested in telling us how good he was and how he ranked in the top percentile of agents throughout Australia. His main problem was that he came across as being pushy and was more interested in telling us how good he was rather than listening to us and seeing what we wanted. A good sales person must understand that we have two ears and one mouth and should use them accordingly.
