Getting it done

Excellent experience with Jack Ho and his experienced and professional team at Murdoch Lee. What started as finding out what our home of twenty five years might be worth, to determine whether we could downsize and be able to afford it, developed very quickly into a sale-at-auction, listed with a time frame of around four weeks to the drop of the hammer. After a successful campaign carried out by Jack and his team, our property was sold two weeks later, prior to auction. In a market suffering from a growing number of homes being built, increased interest rates, too-high inflation, and an overseas war financially impacting countries around the world, including Australia, this fast and efficient sale is a true reflection of Murdoch Lee's position in the real estate market.
