Northmead Unit sale by Reza Zad, our out of area agent.

Reza was diligent, helpful and knowledgeable and effective whilst also being very kind during the advertising and sale process which was quite difficult for us living in a different state. Reza has a network of tradesmen able to be utilised in a timely manner when a property needs to be prepared for sale, Painting throughout and cabinetry installation were completed for us as well as other required maintenance. The property was snapped up as soon as the prominent For Sale sign was erected at the front of the block and only 1 open home carried out the very next day before offers were made for the apartment. To Rezas credit and excellent negotiation skills we were able to achieve a higher price than the last recent sale of a unit with exactly the sale plan as ours one floor above and the purchaser was also happy with the outcome This quick sale took a lot of pressure off us and after preparing the apartment we did not have to worry about anything with Reza providing timely updates and guidance until the settlement had completed Everyone we dealt with at Murdoch Lee were committed to providing exemplary customer service to their clients especially Reza, which we appreciated greatly.
