Professional, Friendly and an Excellent Result

Eva was excellent to deal with throughout the sale of our property. She was professional, friendly, and extremely thorough, and I always felt well informed about how the campaign was progressing. The regular updates throughout the inspection campaign were comprehensive and very useful. I also appreciated the realistic approach taken to the sale. Expectations were sensible from the beginning and the campaign was supported by a well thought-out selling strategy and a lot of hard work following up interested buyers. The property sold successfully at the first auction and achieved an excellent price in what was not an easy market. I was extremely happy with the service Eva provided and would have no hesitation recommending her.

Highly professional and hardworking

I was extremely impressed with James from Murdoch Lee. He was professional, knowledgeable, and hardworking throughout the entire selling process. James set realistic expectations while developing an excellent strategy for selling the property. He clearly understands the local market and has a very good feel for buyers and how they are likely to respond. His communication was excellent. During the inspection period, James called me every week and emailed a comprehensive report on buyer interest and feedback. He would always answer my questions, explain the options, and make sure I understood the process. James also worked very hard behind the scenes, following up prospective buyers and keeping things moving. The result exceeded my expectations. The property sold at the first auction for a very good price despite a challenging market. I was very impressed with both the service and the result. James thoroughly deserves five stars and I would happily recommend him.
