Could not recommend enough

We couldn't have put the sale of our house in better hands. Jack is a superstar, from helping us with getting the property in shape to getting the house sold in just over a week for our expectations. We live interstate & from the moment I visited Jack I had a great vibe about his sales approach & his demeanour. Once we made the decision on choosing Jack to sell our house he was always helping us reach the best sales price in our street to date. Whether it be taking our calls on the weekend or in the evening he was always available to chat with us. Jack helped organise a painter, handyman & getting new carpet laid to give our property a spruce up in order to have it look its best prior to going to market. Jack also helped us find a solicitor, again another thing we needed to do from interstate. His knowledge of the local market as well as his personable approach is second to none. We were able to get a price that both my wife and I were ecstatic with. Not only did he achieve the highest price for a sale in our street, he stuck to his guns and got a price within the range he first suggested when we met. You hear stories about other agents who get the contract for the sale & then pressure the owners to accept a lower price when it comes time to sell, but Jack was true to his word & we got more than we initially thought we could.
