Because we live in Bunbury and our house was in Kalgoorlie, we needed a real estate agent who not only opened our home for viewing but also kept an eye on the place week to week for any maintenance needed. From the day we signed up to the final sale Cathy made sure our house was well presented. The sale took a few months due to having tennants for part of that time and also due to the slower market in Kalgoorlie but we were happy with the final offer and outcome. Cathy walked us through the process at the point of sale via email and phone conversations and I must say the whole sale was a straightforward and a stress free process.
