As a first-time seller (stuck interstate due to COVID disruptions/border closures), I found Kelli excellent to deal with. She was communicative, provided comprehensive information and I felt really met me based on the type of seller I was - my preference to be actively involved throughout and seeking information from her in order to educate myself ahead of time. All in all this made me feel confident in my choice of agent, and (looking back) very confident in how Kelli helped optimise the result we achieved out of the market conditions. A good example of this was the discussion we had about timing of going live with marketing, and how to maximise exposure of my property to the market to generate as much interest as possible ahead of open homes. I felt heard by Kelli and she clearly took my ideas onboard, always patiently answering questions or providing information, examples, etc. The sales price achieved, as well as the incredible interest in my property (I had 20! offers), was beyond the result I was daydreaming of achieving. The speed at which Kelli guided the marketing process through to considering all written offers and then firming up the signed contract was another highlight (very quick and efficient).
