As a first-time seller (stuck interstate due to COVID disruptions/border closures), I found Kelli excellent to deal with. She was communicative, provided comprehensive information and I felt really met me based on the type of seller I was - my preference to be actively involved throughout and seeking information from her in order to educate myself ahead of time.
