Kelli has excellent communication skills and thoroughly followed up on any queries we had throughout the purchase. We bought our new home via the internet, from interstate, sight unseen. The biggest gamble we've ever undertaken. With Kelli's honest and professional approach we felt very comfortable with our decision. She liaised with us, the seller and our solicitors to our complete satisfaction. Nothing was to much trouble and we greatly appreciated Kelli's calm and friendly support!

Rob took the crazy out of buying a home in this fast-moving market
Rob took the crazy out of buying a home in this fast-moving market. He made sure the property was the right fit for our needs. He made the process straight forward and calmly guided us through every step. He was able to put us in touch with a range of prompt and reliable services, and always followed up to make sure all parties involved were informed and happy. He raised the standard for the dictionary definition of 'above-and-beyond'. If we ever need to sell then it's Rob we'll be calling.

Fantastic communication
Kelli’s strength is her communication; she worked hard negotiating a purchase price agreeable to us and the seller, and harder still when we hit some hurdles with finance and settlement dates. Throughout the whole process she was cheerful, professional and kept lines of communication open.

Rob ticks all the boxes
I am more than happy to give Rob an excellent rating. He ticks all the boxes. We moved from NSW in November 2020 and with Covid raging, we bought from the internet, which at the time we thought was very risky. Rob made it a breeze, spending more than an hour showing us around with the help of his iPhone and answering a million questions. Within 24 hours we made an offer and by close of business it was ours. Throughout the process Rob was there. We are very happy with our new home and suburb.

Highly recommended.
