Bindi currently has 13 active property listings and 84 sold property listings over the past 12 months.
Max did an outstanding job managing the sale of our investment property in a very tough market. He is fact based in his advice with an excellent ‘bed side manner’. I recommend him to anyone considering a sale.

Bindi and David and team are without a doubt the best in the lower north shore. The amount of knowledge they have of the local area and the market in general is second to none and they truly left no stone unturned when it came to unearthing potential buyers for our property. They showed so much care throughout the whole process with regular communication and updates. They are genuine and the real deal, a rare find when it comes to real estate agents. To buy or sell property in Mosman and surrounds I would trust nobody else.
Bindi Codrington
David, Bindi and team provided a thoroughly professional service in selling my apartment in a very difficult market. I would highly recommend them to any prospective vendors.
David Murphy
It is a small boutique agent. So, their service is personable with their local knowledge.. It is important.
David Murphy
Excellent sales knowledge, communication style, professionalism, negotiation skills and a very caring attitude. All staff were excellent.
David Murphy
Max has been incredibly helpful and honest throughout our purchase. He was an expert throughout the viewings and buying process, providing great guidance at every step, and has continued to be fantastic with his post-settlement communication. We couldn’t recommend Max highly enough and would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone looking for an agent on the Lower North Shore.
