Max communication was great - always there with answers to my questions.
Max helped by providing names of tradies that I rang and they were prompt and did excellent jobs to make the unit look perfect. he gave excellent summaries of all open houses. Max arranged a stylist who also did a perfect job as dis the photographer. Overall he just made the selling job easy for me.

Transparent and Responsive
Max recently supported us on the purchase of a family property. He understood our brief and motivations and was clear with his communications around vendor expectations and process. Max was transparent and responsive, and made himself available for ad hoc inspections and conversations regarding our approach. Murphy's Magic!
Prior to listing the property we had a meeting with Bindi and David who advised us on how best to present the house. We were very pleased on how the house looked and as a result it sold within 11 days. We feel David and Bindi make a great team that gets results. We also, engaged David’s leasing agent, Chris West, to manage the property in the years prior to the sale and we were most happy with the service. Both the leasing and selling went smoothly and we would not hesitate to recommend the entire Murphy team.
