Max helped by providing names of tradies that I rang and they were prompt and did excellent jobs to make the unit look perfect. he gave excellent summaries of all open houses. Max arranged a stylist who also did a perfect job as dis the photographer. Overall he just made the selling job easy for me.

I thought the Murphy team were realistic about the unit from the beginning and I'm glad I had the opportunity to take my daughter to see it on the second Saturday viewing. The auction was brought forward but I felt like there was a chance of winning the bid from a sizeable group. And that was the case even under my calulated limit.
