We originally came across David Murphy and the wonderful Bindi at some showings that we went to in the local area over the years, and the weekly letter David writes. We always appreciated their style and method in those dealings, and when it came time to sell our own apartment, thought of them. From the first, their very natural advice added value to the whole process without any pressure, including, adding their thoughts to our planned renno's and what might translate into price. They also had an intimate grasp of the area and backed it up with relevant comparables. It was clear they have been involved in this market for a while, and knew a lot of its participants. It was also clear they had a passion for the area and its people. Their advice and even/measured management and communication through the sales process was a big help, and, the result they achieved was in-line and more, with their (and our own) estimates.
