I have known David Murphy personally for many years, and chose his agency to sell my house because I know his advice is honest, candid and trustworthy. I didn't want an agent who would give me false expectations only to backtrack once the engagement was signed up. David and Bindi gave me excellent advice right from the the start, in terms of timing the campaign and doing up the house for sale (which, by the way, their office arranged absolutely everything for and did an amazing job), through to dynamic advice on the best sale strategy. David and Bindi knew the market inside out, and made the smart tactical decision to bring the auction forward from Saturday to a Tuesday evening in order to maximise pricing tension based on what they knew of the interested parties. Did it work? Yes it did. My house sold for a street record price, in a softening market. The numbers don't lie! I would happily recommend David and Bindi to anyone who wants a smart, professional, straight-talking agent to take care of their transaction and give it their full attention.

I only dealt with Alex Meyers (one of the agents at the David Murphy agency). Alex was super easy to work with, had some great suggestions to improve the sale ability of the property. He organized clean up, minor renovation and professional presentation of the property so that it looked incredible when it when on the market. At the time it went on the market interest rates had already been increased and the market had already begun to slump. Even in this relatively difficult market for sellers, Alex was able to rustle a buyer. Thanks again!

David and Bindi were ‘wonderful beyond belief’! In the past J have not thought RE Agents were very impressive but David and Bindi have changed my mind!! They are both extremely skilled in their knowledge of the property market and in their ability to get the best for every seller as well as every buyer. They understand people extremely well and relate as warm and trusted friends. David’s people skills make selling a property with him a joy, especially given that selling property can be a tricky emotional thing for both buyer and seller. They achieved a wonderful result for our property. I even think I might miss him now the house is sold!! Lol I cannot recommend both David and Bindi highly. enough.
