David met with us to discuss the terms and out expectations for the sale, we listed with David and his team, they kept us in the loop through out the campaign, we didn't have to think to much about it as knew it was in good hands. David may have a title as a salesman however he is more than that he a true man who is their to be fair to you and the buyer. We continue to recommend David to friends in the area and if we were to ever come back we would contact David to assist us with market knowledge. You wont be disappointed, small local business means you receive one on one service and always are in touch with him.

I received the best advice in relation to styling as well (stylist was fantastic too) and David achieved a price that helped me move seamlessly to my new apartment. I thought he could have been a bit friendlier when I first viewed the property at the Open House. Bindi was very friendly, interested and approachable. As first time buyers and sellers in Sydney, we could not rate David and his team high enough. We had such a positive experience when we bought from them five years ago that when it came time to sell, we did not hesitate to go back to David and his team. He was very kind, considerate and understanding. Talked us through the whole process and was always on hand to answer any questions. His team are incredibly hard working and made selling our house so easy and stress free. We were in the midst of a move back to the UK and David and his team just made everything so easy. I would recommend David and his team highly. They know their stuff and are incredibly considerate of their clients. They are not the big outfits and give a personalized service.
