David got us very poor results compared to similar places that sold near us at the same time. He was dishonest about his availability, advising he was away 1 week towards the end of the campaign when in fact he was there for the 1 st open house and the week of the auction only,away for the vast bulk of the campaign. We passed in at auction because he failed to bring even one bidder to the auction, and we sold weeks afterwards for 100's of thousands less than his estimate and far less than comparable places selling at the same time near us.
