My wife Jill and I are pragmatists. We know and understand property. We know what we want. Such was the case when inspecting 68 Glover Street Mosman. We hadn't been looking in the area rather, in our old stomping ground of Longueville, however, we both (independently) liked the look of the Glover Street house and made the visit. We have had some pretty frustrating experiences with the real estate industry over the past 6 years. The quality of the agents as true sales people is generally poor, particularly in relation to the way they deal with potential buyers. They lack proactivity, they generally don't keep in touch and follow up can be slack. David was an exception.
