Tenacity in adversity

We embarked on the sales campaign of our property expecting a quick result however it became apparent after a few weeks that the market had softened substantially leading us to review the initial marketing strategy, which entailed a relatively short viewing period followed by auction. David and his team were candid and honest during this period and gently but firmly steered us away from going to auction, lowering our price expectation and extending the viewing period. Despite having made these changes, we were still faced with little interest in the property and we were questioning whether it was time to review our decision to sell.
