•This is the 2nd time we've dealt with Max - the first time as the purchaser of the property we've just sold, and then nearly 6 years later as the vendors of that same property, which is a testament to our confidence in his abilities. I've dealt with many agents over the last 18 months, and Max stands out as someone who is in touch with the market, understands what's happening with prices, and how buyers and sellers are currently approaching the market. Max has a very considered approach to marketing a property, and I trusted his advice on price and positioning. He was also helpful in working with us on suggestions for staging the property, for both initial photography, and then open for inspections - a challenge when you have to try and work around the chaos left by 2 under 4's to present the property in the best possible light. Max is also not afraid to put forward his view on some of the challanges that can come up during a campaign in a positive and respectful way. While we might not always agree, it increased my trust in his advice and his point of view ultimately influenced our decision making.
