the team are excellent in communication for both vendor and purchasers. very fair with no pressure. for market knowledge, i believe that they need to be specific on the price range. i do not like to adjust the price while the property is on the market. that is your weakness in the market knowledge. apart from that, your professionalism is high. your team are friendly,
