I have dealt with a number of agents in my time, but Murray Kennedy is by far my favourite. He is so approachable, so genuine and just gets the job done with little fuss or ego. He will not sugar coat anything and is happy to have difficult conversations with you. For both our property sales he has pretty much nailed on what the property was worth and got in on that number (or just above). Will recommend to anyone who wants to sell their house.

I have dealt with real estates agents for 30yrs. Murray is honestly the first real estate agent that truly is honest and cares for his clients buying or selling. He looks after you as if you are family. That is a rare trait in real estate. He sold our rental property on it's first open house. If you are interested in selling or buying I can recommend MK real estate. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Thank you Murray and Jamie.

As buyers we noticed how unimportant we were to some sales folk at open houses but Murray was very friendly and approachable. He's clearly naturally a people person and he wants the best outcome for his vendors AND his buyers. That makes for a smoother sales process from first registering interest, negotiating an agreed price and follow through during the cooling off period. On our second inspection one of his team met us at the house and she was also very friendly and helpful. Murray clearly leads by example and the office, overall, are great to deal with.

Throughout the purchase process he kept in touch and provided us with all the needed information.
