Selling our home with Murray was a given from the moment he stepped through the door! This is our third time selling and I can not speak more highly of Murray, his team and the entire process!! He always had a smile on his face and a spring in his step. We had full confidence in his knowledge, advice and guidance throughout the entire process, which was short n sweet; Murray and his team negotiated over a long weekend and sold our home to the perfect family, all within 3 days from the first open home. We cannot recommend Murray & the MKRE team highly enough! Thank you MKRE!

I worked with Jamie Cross of Murray Kennedy Real Estate - an excellent agent. He listed my place in April and we were on contract in 3 months. He is an excellent negotiator with a very personalized touch. Highly recommended!

Murray was professional as well as personable He knew exactly what was required in order to present a property for sale. As we were renovating he would contact us and then visit to give us the latest up to date advice. He provided us with contacts for the trades people necessary who were all of exceptionally high quality. Murray praised our progress and we couldn’t be happier with his assistance in the sale of our house. If we buy or sell again, we would have no hesitation in once more engaging his services. Top bloke and a top outcome!

Jamie was extremely knowledgeable with the current market. Jamie has a great get up and go attitude, exceptional listener and understanding of what I was expecting from an agent. Jamie has a very polite mannerism, I would hands down recommend Jamie to any prospective buyer or seller. Well done Jamie :-)

Very Personable & Down to Earth It was a difficult decision to lock in Murray Kennedy as our representing agent. However it was evident that Jamie Cross was going to sell our house! It has been a pleasure working with Jamie. With the uncertainty of today's market, it was assuring that Jamie listened and assisted in getting the best offers put forward. . Our house went 'Under Offer' on the first home open. Jamie is honest and trustworthy which made the selling process painless and smooth, we can't thank him enough. We highly recommend Jamie and hope to work with him again in the future!
