We visited a lot of open houses and met a lot of agents in the search for our first home, but as soon as we met Murray, we knew we'd hit the jackpot. We loved our house as soon as we saw it but Murray's friendliness and enthusiasm really won us over. He never pressured us into making decisions and we never wanted to avoid his calls (unlike all the other pushy salespeople we'd dealt with). As first home buyers we were a little unsure about the whole process, but whenever we'd text Murray "one more annoying question" he'd call, laugh, then tell us exactly what we needed to know or put us in touch with other professionals (like our conveyancer) who could get us sorted. As my partner and I both work in the city, Murray did us both a favour and worked around our schedules so that we didn't have to take too much time out of the office - which we so appreciated!
