Persistent and straight-talking through a complicated purchase

Nicholas was excellent throughout what turned out to be a genuinely complicated purchase — a bankruptcy sale where the vendors weren't yet registered on title, with a lodgement stuck at Land Registry for months. He chased the trustees and their solicitors persistently when nothing was moving, kept me informed at every stage, and was honest with me even when the answer wasn't what I wanted to hear. He also corrected the record with the vendors when it would have been easier not to. I'd happily deal with him again.

We had a fantastic experience with Nicholas Murray throughout the purchase of our new home. From start to finish, Nicholas was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, responsive and genuinely great to deal with. He made the whole process feel straightforward and comfortable, was always available when we needed him, and went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. We’d also like to give a special mention and thank you to Nicholas’s brother, Michael Murray, who was equally friendly, helpful and professional throughout our dealings with Murray Property. It’s clear they both genuinely care about the people they work with, and that really came through during the entire process.
