Carmen is a seasoned Property Manager with vast knowledge in the Real Estate sector. She began her Real Estate career working alongside an award winning Property Manager based in Auckland, New Zealand. Over the years, she has resolved all types of complex situations on behalf of her Landlords and has refined her skills through these experiences, making her a knowledgeable and invaluable asset to mitigate risk and maximize profits for all her clients. Starting her career as an Administrator, Carmen quickly climbed the ranks to Senior Property Manager and has been recognized by various Real Estate organizations for her passion and dedication to her work. Carmen thrives in a busy working environment and works very well under pressure. She takes great pride in her work, is always compassionate and honest with all aspects of her role and is committed to providing the best possible service to all her clients.

Leigh promises to give his Lessors and their property/ies the attention and respect they both deserve, as he strives to make the Leasing process as stress free as possible, whilst sourcing the best possible Tenant. Leigh completed a four year degree at the University of Western Australia. However, as he has always worked in the sales industry, he chose to employ his people skills in the Real Estate Industry. As Leigh sets himself a high standard of service and professionalism, residents in Kardinya and surrounding areas can rest assured that their property will be in safe hands.

Professional agency. Minor improvements needed

Agency staff is professional and manage the property letting out process well. Improvement needed in communication, for eg. tebancy start date chaned after initial discussion during application review, however not communicated back until lease was signed.

Excellent Agency! Emma Pearson's professionalism, integrity and transparency.

Emma did provide such an excellent service in a timely manner. Her touch of personalised professionalism, approachable traits, a thoughtful character who treated a renter like me like a human being; not just a number.
