Tracy and the Property Management team at Remax Extreme are extremely switched on and knowledgeable. We're from interstate and that didn't really matter as Tracy ensured we had the best customer experience from the start. Tracy provided excellent advice and capitalised on their network of service providers to complete the necessary works very quickly and get the property ready for tenancy. Ultimately, they managed to lease the house after the first open home. We are in very capable hands with the Remax Extreme team.

Without a second thought, Semple PG picked up my rental and ran with it. In a matter of 6 weeks the old tenant was moved on without a hitch, cleaners sorted out and had a new tenant in the property and rented it out for $25p/w more than the asking price!! Thank you!!

Our experience with Xceed has been great so far. From the inspection date through to moving-in day, we’ve been kept up to date and well informed by our leasing consultant, Rimi, and property manager, Taryn. Any questions or requests we’ve had have been attended to within two business days, which we really appreciate. Unfortunately, we had to dock a star as one of the main office’s reception staff was unfriendly and didn’t seem to want to be there. Thank you once again to the team at Xceed for making the process so smooth and easy.
