The Property Management team is always in contact with me to update me on my property and current tenants. They are very proactive and skilled and even though I live interstate, I never feel out if touch with what's happening. Highly recommended!

I have been with Harcourts Blue since I acquired my investment property south of the River, in 2009. I have worked with Jaz most of that time and she has always been superb. Jaz is knowledgeable, profesional, has a great ammount and uses her common sense, is very kind and extremely fair. She also has great rapport with the tenants, which is so important to keep good tenants. Dino, the owner has also been extremely helpful, as he stepped in to assist with getting someone to fix roof issues when Jaz was out on matternity leave. Overall, I'm very happy with Hardcourts Blue and I would highly recommend them as property managers.
