I cannot recommend Esther enough! As an inexperienced buyer AND seller, Esther led me through both processes smoothly and professionally. Esther was available at all times to answer any questions and her expertise meant that she was able to avoid any problems along the way. My settlement agent and broker even commented on Esther's contract writing, letting me know that she really did place me in a safe and protected position. We had some unique challenges including a very problematic neighbour but Esther navigated us through it all calmly. I would highly recommend Esther and her team. Overall Leigh provided a good service to us as buyers even liaising with the current owner and tenant to allow us to measure for carpets during the settlement period. He kept us updated on the process however some emails would have been better as phone calls.
