The home Esther sold for me, was a older style 'Cooby' cottage with development potential. Esther did an amazing job from start to finish. Initially, I did waste a bit of time on interviewing other agents, that was time wasted and stressful too. I wanted to sell the house, but there was so much work to do to get it to market, frankly I quite despaired - until Esther came to my rescue. Esther did much more for me than any agent ever has, more than can be adequately described here, but to give you a sense of her dedication and commitment, I can share a few of her stand-out strengths and qualities. Esther was in constant communication with me at critical times, during the sales process. There was never a time when I was unable to get her on the phone to help me with whatever my problem was. The house being prepared to it's highest presentable standard, was all due to Esther, she helped me with every part of the renovation, painting, cleaning, gardens etc. Honestly, I could not believe how great the place looked in the end. I had the Premium Package offered by Esther at Harcourts Blue in Kardinya, they do virtual staging that was so amazing, my old place looked like a resort hotel. The photographs were outstanding too, my rear block looked like an acre of land on it's own! The timing of the sale was impeccably planned, with the home open for 2 weekends only, so I was not inconvenienced by the showing of the home. The sign went up the exact day the advertising campaign started. The level of professionalism, was in my opinion perfection. And the work on the house was so worthwhile. I selected from 3 good offers and from then on it was smooth sailing. My place didn't look much at the start but by the end of process Esther helped me to whip it into shape, but I couldn't have done it without her. Esther supported me every step of the way, and in the course of it she made a place in my heart too. Yes, she got me top dollar, but it was much more than that.
