Within two days of the first home open, Leigh had obtained an offer above our asking price and could have easily stopped his efforts. Not being satisfied he had explored all available options for us, Leigh continued to actively market the property, have further home opens and follow up those people who viewed the house (called them, not text like some agents we have dealt with).
