We sold our property in a tough market. But of course we had high expectations from the outcome of the sale. Campaign did not go as expected. To get the sale across the line with a reasonable outcome required someone like Matt with his empathetic, advisory and diligent approach. Matt demonstrated a very high level of adaptability in pursuing a campaign in a tough market with not enough buyers and it required him to go above and beyond in building relationships with the buyers. Heck, he took a loss to help achieve the outcome and help us manage our losses.
