From the first inquiry to settling into our new home Olivia from My Agent has been friendly, professional and very supportive. Available and prompt with communication. I felt very welcome by the team when picking up the keys, which were organised with labels in cute pink boxes. The kids loved the little chocolate surprises. Olivia was so professional and helpful with us. We had no problems at all. She kept us informed about everything, and made our process extremely easy. Even just recently after moving in to our new home, we had a massive storm come through which caused flooding. After ringing the office after hours, Olivia rang us back within minutes and had a plumber organised and on his way. It's been an absolute pleasure dealing with Olivia and her team

I have the pleasure of renting from My Agent Team before at my last place of residency.
