Kelly’s early career was built in real estate firstly selling in a number 1 team in Australia, then as a full time Auctioneer, Business owner, and Sales coach, running hundreds of auctions and helping agents and teams lift performance through structure, accountability, and clear communication. He then moved into the Royal Australian Air Force as an Air Battle Manager, coordinating and controlling air operations in real time, ensuring mission success through tactical direction, airspace management, and rapid decision-making that demanded precision, collaboration, and leadership under pressure. Today, Kelly channels that experience into building My Bay Realty, a coastal-luxe agency designed to make property feel calmer and more considered.
