Karen was our real estate agent for the purchase of our first property. No matter how many podcasts you listen to, or how many Reddit posts, and online articles you read about buying your first home, nothing really fully prepares you. But Karen was communicative, kind and understanding to our situation. She walked us through the process from a professional perspective but also gently explained things we should keep an eye out for that could trip us first home buyers.
