After having lots of trouble with another agency renting my property over a couple of years and the tenants now doing a break lease, I called Georgia. She knew her stuff, the area, approximate rental prices, and how to work properly with the tenants. I quickly moved the property over to her management and she facilitated the break lease, re-letting the property, repairs and all. She had the property filled fast and efficiently for a great rate and also got a great outcome on the exit with repairs completed amicably. She worked with the tenants to get an outcome for both sides (as the tenants had also struggled with the previous agent). Georgia knows her market, provides great communication, and has been a night and day difference to the previous managing agent. Highly recommended. I'm a couple of years in to using Georgia now and her service, communication and management has never reduced in quality. I've recommended others to use her (and they've changed and been just as happy).
