I have had nothing but great help with my logan reality they have helped my family when we where in need and got a place and have worked with us with trying to get a bigger place and have helped straight away with anything we have needed to be fixed and have done nothing but do what they can for me and my family. What can I say. From start to finish, Me and my family currently moved to Australia almost a year ago. We were on the brink of deciding to move back to NZ because our applications for rentals kept being declined due to us not having suitable criteria such as not having any previous rental history in Australia, besides not having this requirement, we were fit for purpose when it came to employment and income. I was able to reach out to Jana Good from MyLogan realty via phone, and told her all about the situation we were in trying to seek housing and just being out of reach from any application we submitted. Jana, Jackie and Taryn listened to my story and regardless of how things were for my family at the time, they looked passed all of that and out of the kindness of their hearts, gave us a shot at being tenants. Since then we have been in our home for 8months. It is such a beautiful home, if ever I need anything, Jana is always there to answer my calls and tend to any repairs and maintenance that need repairing and then our conversation turns into updates on how lifes going and catch ups, its awesome. Just like Taryn when she comes to do our inspections, its like a visit from a friend that you put a cuppa for and talk about everyday things. So I hope this feedback is enough for the sharing. They are an awesome realty team and I recommend this service as professional and very family orientated. Way to go guys, may I please extent my 12 month contract, Im not ready to leave here yet 😂 although Im sure the neighbours think sometimes Im the crazy lady, but just know I asked my kids 100 times nicely before I turned into the over stimulated mother 🥴 soorrrrry
