Astute and knowledgeable

The Sandy Morris team have impressed me in my dealings with them both as a landlord and later selling the property. Prior to our selling the property, they had managed it for us during six years of rental and we were impressed by Abbey Morris's willingness to listen to what we wanted for the property and ability to find problems to difficulties with tenants and maintenance issues. When selling, Zac had access to a range of tradies to get our property on the market in saleable condition in quick time. He set a sensible asking price which allowed our property to sell while equivalent ones nearby remained on the market at marginally higher prices well after ours had settled. He was able to negotiate a fair price with our buyer following their initial offer and we thought both sides got a good deal. Like all sales, there always seem to be complications and problems but Zac and the team were able to work through them without creating difficulties for us as vendors.
