Wonderful Agent
We were so pleased with the outstanding service that we got from Richard at My Panda Realty and would absolutely recommend him to others! We had some extra complications with our sale as it was a deceased estate and we were interstate, but Richard was really understanding and helped us navigate all the requirements necessary. We were really happy with the price we got and Richard's communication through the whole process was excellent and very responsive. We found him to be very ethical too.

Exceptional Service… and Results!
Maria and Richard are not only exceptional agents, but they are also exceptional people. They are friendly, professional, and excellent communicators. Best of all, they listen to their clients. I had several questions and concerns about selling my property as it was tenanted. It had also failed to sell a few years back. Maria and Richard took these concerns into consideration as we discussed our options. There was no hype or spin… just an honest evaluation and an action plan. They say proof is in the pudding! Maria and Richard negotiated a contract on my property within 1 day of it hitting the market. Not only did it well and truly exceed my expectations, but it was a win win for all parties concerned… including the tenants. They really went above and beyond to get the best possible result. Hand on heart, I can highly recommend Maria and Richard if you are looking at buying or selling.

COULDN'T BE FAULTED!
My Panda Realty were terrific, they sold our house in 2 days and helped us get a terrific price. In fact, the house across the road which was for sale at the same time as ours, which had similar features took much longer to sell and got 60k less than us. Maria and Richards's negotiation skills were tremendous. We couldn't recommend them enough. If you are looking for the most down-to-earth and trustworthy agents you can't go wrong with Richard and Maria.

Awesome and very understanding
