Brock Bates The Real State Agent, one we can trust. The time between putting my house on sale and then being sold was, thanks to his professionalism, a smooth pass. He is attentive, understanding. He is a gentleman.

I thought this fella was a bit young to be selling houses but after listening to him, it dawned on us that he was very knowledgeable, smart and didn't BS. I would thoroughly recommend him to sell or buy your next home.

Brock was so professional and made the whole selling process so easy and relatively stress free - nothing was ever a problem. He was always quick to respond to any of our queries, his communication skills are the best. Brock was able to achieve an excellent result, well above our expectations. A big thanks to Brock and the My Property team who were all just as pleasant to deal with. Would definitely use Brock again!

Max and his team were fantastic to work with, from the initial consult all the way to settlement -they made it easy. In a unknown time with interest rates, max adapted and every week came up with ideas to promote and showcase the property to a broader market which lead to our sale. Thanks max and team

Although I didn’t meet Meryl in person until the final inspection, she was timely and available to the needs of the sale and flexible to my timetable. She exceeded expectations and ensured I was comfortable and ready when going through everything instead of feeling rushed or bothered. I thought she was brilliant in terms of people skills and looked like she enjoyed the process as much as I did, she was excited when I was! Thank you Meryl for your hard work and excellence.
